Jumlah penduduk Kecamatan  Patani Utara tahun 2024 adalah 7.292 jiwa yang terdiri dari 3.772 jiwa laki laki dan 3.520 jiwa perempuan. Desa Tepeleo merupakan desa dengan jumlah penduduk terbanyak yakni sebesar 1.686 jiwa sedangkan desa Maliforo merupakan desa dengan jumlah penduduk terkecil yakni 691 jiwa.
